The hotel was in an excellent and absolutely perfect location, on the waterfront. The personnel was affable and helpful, and the host too. The room itself was nicely decorated with heating, gas fireplace plus cookies.

The breakfast was plentiful with juices, fresh fruit, bagels, and also the staff were all affable. The location was comfy, close enough to a ski lift, and main shopping areas and easily accessible. I had very special experience and would stay here again.

This family-friendly hotel stands out for its amazing design. Having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a microwave oven in our nicely decorated and pet-friendly room. The staff are helpful, and the host too. The location is magnificent and perfect, 1 mile from Tahoe Queen. So we also would stay here again, but we didn't have time.

Standard queen room accommodated us perfectly. The location was decent because it was near skiing too as well as South Lake Tahoe.

The rooms of our place were nicely decorated and pet-friendly with kitchenettes. The staff was affable and the owner too. The hotel was in a central setting close to the town centre.

Our suite with a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a stone fireplace was beautifully decorated. The location was central, not far from casinos and Lake Tahoe—-Amazing. Also, Bijou Dog Park was 2 miles away from the property.

heavenly valley lodge exceeded our expectations during this romantic stay with its beautiful and cozy rooms, unique themes, and morning fires. having a kitchen was a great bonus, and the location and friendly staff made our 5-night stay unforgettable. highly recommended!

The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, parks, and the lake. We could walk to everything we needed. The lodge had a well-maintained grassy area for our service dog to play. The room had a comfortable king-sized bed and a TV with all the streaming apps we could want. The staff were accommodating and we felt welcome.

We felt really comfortable, and nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at this charming place for a few nights and it exceeded our expectations. Michelle and Garrett, the owners, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Michelle's homemade breakfasts were a highlight, and the cozy atmosphere by the firepit made for a perfect start to the day. Garrett provided excellent recommendations for skiing, breweries, and restaurants in the area. The location was convenient, just minutes away from the slopes with a free shuttle. The room was adorable, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the owners' hospitality was second to none. We can't wait to return once restrictions are lifted completely.
